INSURANCE

I am an Out-Of-Network provider for most PPO plans. My services are usually reimbursable with most PPO plans. At the end of each session, or monthly, I would be happy to provide you with a receipt for the services that have been rendered, for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
